Join Prepared as a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale digital demand generation programs. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will drive full-funnel digital marketing campaigns generating qualified leads and impacting business growth. Responsibilities include managing paid digital programs (search, social, display), optimizing campaigns for cost efficiency and conversion, designing email workflows and retargeting programs, and collaborating with other marketing teams. You will leverage tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of B2B SaaS/tech digital marketing experience, proven success managing paid campaigns, and strong analytical skills. Public sector experience is a plus. The base salary is $130,000-$138,000 per year, plus benefits and equity.
Requirements
- 4β6 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS or tech company
- Proven track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Expertise with performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and web analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-starter mindset with excellent time management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end execution of paid digital programs including search, social, and display
- Design and optimize digital media campaigns to target key audiences in public safety and emergency response sectors
- Analyze campaign performance across platforms and continuously optimize for cost efficiency (CPL, CAC) and conversion rates
- Run A/B tests on creative, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve results over time
- Design and implement email workflows, retargeting programs, and other nurture strategies to move prospects through the funnel
- Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to ensure campaign attribution and tracking are accurate and actionable
- Work with Product and Content Marketing to build compelling digital ads, landing pages, and lead magnets
- Coordinate with Revenue Operations to maintain clean lead flow, scoring models, and reporting infrastructure
- Operate within tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and analytics dashboards
- Recommend new channels and technologies to improve digital marketing effectiveness
