• Experience: 3+ years in growth or referral/partnership marketing, ideally in a high-growth environment
• Proven Success: Track record in scaling growth programs with measurable impact
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in A/B testing and data-informed strategy
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
• Communication: Strong project management and communication abilities
• Problem-Solving: Creative and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize referral and partnership programs to drive acquisition and retention
• Analyze and improve referral channels and explore new growth opportunities
• Manage webinars that build engagement and qualified leads
• Collaborate across teams to embed referral strategies into the customer journey
• Use data to test, iterate, and refine strategies, ensuring high ROI
• Track and report on performance metrics with actionable insights
