Join Amplitude as a Growth Marketing Manager to lead expansion initiatives for new products. This role focuses on product monetization and collaboration with enterprise account teams to drive product adoption and expansion. You will collaborate with product, product marketing, ABM, sales, enablement, and operations teams. Responsibilities include executing campaigns, optimizing play performance, enhancing the PQA model, and reporting on campaign results. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in growth marketing and a proven track record of success in driving product adoption and upselling. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation, preferably at a multi-product company
- Demonstrated success in driving product adoption, upsell, or cross-sell initiatives
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar sales enablement tools
- Ability to analyze and act on product usage data to inform campaign decisions
- Proven ability to build and optimize campaigns that drive measurable sales pipeline impact
- Strong understanding of lead scoring models and experience optimizing them based on sales feedback
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams on monetization experiments, trials, and initiatives to increase product awareness, adoption, and self-serve revenue
- Partner with ABM teams on product-led sales plays (expand and cross-sell) to convert hand-raisers into sales pipeline and ARR
- Work with lifecycle marketing teams and independently execute campaigns that drive sales pipeline for our New Products
- Build feedback loops with sales teams to optimize play performance and lead quality
- Own, optimize, and report on existing product campaigns while creating new campaigns to surface product hand-raisers based on paywalls and product usage
- Enhance the Product Qualified Account (PQA) model by managing lead scoring and collecting feedback from sales on lead quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Amplitude analytics or similar product usage data tools
- Familiarity with product-led sales models and ABM strategies
- Experience working in a SaaS environment with enterprise clients
- Background in executing monetization experiments or trials for new products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment and drive alignment across teams

- Colorado range: $140,000 - $210,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
- New York City salary range: $155,000 - $233,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
- Salary range: $155,000 - $233,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
- California salary range: $140,000 - $210,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
- Washington salary range: $140,000 - $210,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
- Unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan
