Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in performance or growth marketing with a data-driven approach
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and pipeline tracking
  • Experience managing Salesforce CRM data and creating reports to measure marketing impact
  • Strong analytical skills to extract insights from large datasets and optimize performance
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad creative and landing pages
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign tracking

Responsibilities

  • Manage ad campaigns across multiple channels to ensure efficiency and maximize ROI
  • Build and maintain pipeline analytics tracking individual ad performance through the entire sales cycle
  • Develop strategies to align organizational metrics with targeted advertising and optimizations across the funnel
  • Set up attribution models to track ROI of efforts across multiple touchpoints
  • Present regular pipeline analysis to leadership, highlighting key trends and opportunities
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies across landing pages and ad creative
  • Create comprehensive experiment documentation and data-driven creative briefs
  • Collaborate with design team to develop high-converting landing pages and ad creative
  • Partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with sales goals
  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
