Summary
Join Hospitable.com, a remote-only, fully distributed company, as their Growth Marketing Manager! You will focus on increasing free trials and paid conversions, improving conversion rates from 2.2% to 3% and 35% to 45%, respectively. Requirements
- Experience in growth marketing in the SaaS industry
- Experience with CRO techniques, including landing page optimization, A/B testing, and user experience (UX) improvements
- Data-driven mindset with proven experience in using data to drive marketing decisions
- Proficiency in setting up and managing marketing automation workflows to nurture leads, onboard users, and drive conversions
- Experience with performance advertising
- Strong communicator who can create detailed documentation of your work as you go
Responsibilities
- Obsess over tweaks and iterations of our onboarding flow
- A/B test landing pages, CTAs, creative assets, email, and more
- Identify and test new customer acquisition channels, assist in optimizing existing paid advertising campaigns, and measure performance to maximize ROI
- Enhance the marketing website to drive more people to the onboarding flow and sales contact forms
- Create, maintain, and test, high-performing and consistent communication with cold and warm leads across automated campaigns
- Report to our Head of Marketing and work with other members of our amazing Marketing team, such as Gabby, whose favorite fruit is mango
- Dive deep into the data on what is and isnโt working at various funnel stages, attributing the success or failure of adjustments you have made
- Work with Product and Engineering to help bring your visions to life

- The compensation for this role is between $90,900 - $101,000 depending on the cost of living in your location. We can hire talent internationally as contractorsโor employees if you are based in the United States, the European Union, or Australia, taking into account payroll taxes to determine your gross compensation
