Requirements
- 5+ years as a growth marketer, campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development and paid, owned and earned channels
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out
- Knowledge of marketing technology systems for campaign execution and lead management
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central integration point for all marketing disciplines to deliver truly integrated marketing campaigns
- Develop and coordinate strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets
- Track campaign performance, analyze data and metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
- Ensure campaign are delivered on time, within budget and achieve pipeline and revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compelling campaign content across the buyerβs journey as well as the promotional strategy leveraging paid, owned, and earned channels
- Partner with sales on priorities, execution, results and follow up
- Ideate and implement comprehensive campaign strategies and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
- Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI
- Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as needed
- Execute lead gen and nurturing programs that support and are aligned with campaign strategy and sales priorities
