Summary
Join Solo, a leading API and Service Mesh Management Platform company, as a Growth Marketing Specialist. You will drive full-funnel engagement and conversion through digital and field marketing tactics. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies, test new channels, and optimize performance. You will analyze marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and conduct A/B testing. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience with digital marketing tools, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a growth marketing, digital marketing, demand generation or business/sales development role
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Rollworks, Salesforce, Marketo, Qualified, etc.)
- Exposure to field marketing tactics, including event planning, partnerships, and direct outreach
- Ability to quickly master new technologies and buying personas and translate that knowledge into compelling campaigns and programs
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, including the ability to write for different media and audiences
- Articulate, polished written, verbal and presentation skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with a bias for action and iteration
- Results oriented with a โroll up the sleevesโ attitude
- Excellent communication and project management skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to smoothly manage complex concurrent projects
- Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment and collaborate with individuals from a variety of backgrounds
- Ability to travel on occasion within the US and internationally to support events
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across web/SEO, paid media, email, and social channels
- Support field marketing initiatives, including event planning, field swag/customer gifting, partnerships, along with both ABM and grassroots campaigns
- Provide visibility and insight into marketing campaigns and tactics to sales and SDR teams to assist in contextual, timely lead follow-up and sales activation
- Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Domo, etc.) to track KPIs, identify trends, and optimize performance
- Collaborate with product, product marketing, sales development, sales, and sales engineering teams to create and implement marketing experiments
- Conduct A/B tests on messaging, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows
- Support web marketing programs including web chat (qualified) experiences, SEO, and conversion rate optimization tactics
- Manage budget allocation and report on ROI for marketing initiatives
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices
