Join our client as a Growth Marketing Specialist and drive revenue growth through optimizing CRM systems, processes, and campaigns. You will lead list management, outreach optimization, and CRM data management, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams. This fully remote role requires 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with CRM expertise, particularly in HubSpot. You will develop and execute growth campaigns, analyze performance, and report on key metrics. Success will be measured by lead generation impact, optimized outreach, data-driven decisions, campaign optimization, and collaborative results. This is a high-growth opportunity with direct executive exposure and mentorship.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or growth operations. Strong experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and marketing automation tools. Expertise in lead generation, cold outreach, and campaign optimization
- Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), email platforms (e.g., Instantly.ai ), and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL)
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CRM processes and outreach strategies (cold calling and email). Strong experience with working with data, including reporting and dashboard creation
- Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated with a hunger to learn and grow quickly. Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Results-oriented with a strong focus on generating measurable outcomes
Responsibilities
- Lead List Management: Download, enrich, and upload lead lists into the CRM, ensuring the sales team has high-quality prospects for outreach. Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and refine targeting strategies using CRM data analysis. Use data-driven insights to optimize lead segmentation and targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Outreach Optimization: Analyze and optimize cold email and calling outreach strategies to maximize response rates and lead qualification. Work closely with cold calling teams to troubleshoot issues and improve effectiveness. Track and optimize the sales funnel, identifying stages where deals are often lost and recommending strategies to improve conversion rates
- CRM & Data Management: Own and manage the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate maintenance of leads, deals, and workflows. Build and automate CRM workflows to enhance team efficiency and ensure a seamless lead-handling process. Address complex data issues in the CRM proactively to avoid business disruptions. Create and maintain dashboards for data visualization and decision-making
- Campaign Strategy & Reporting: Develop and execute growth campaigns using cold calls, emails, CRM automation, and LinkedIn outreach. Conduct regular performance analysis and make data-driven decisions on resource allocation and campaign adjustments. Report on key metrics such as pipeline velocity, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness, and recommend optimizations to improve results
- Collaborative Work: Partner with cold email providers to create impactful campaigns that drive engagement and results. Collaborate with the BDR team to ensure they have the tools, data, and support needed to exceed their quotas. Assist with lead qualification and follow-up to support the BDR team in maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Use insights to refine buyer personas and identify high-yield opportunities for targeting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Clay, or Make is a plus
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or JavaScript is a bonus
- Experience with SEO, PPC, and LinkedIn outreach is a plus but not the primary focus
