Summary

Binance is seeking a Growth Operations Manager to drive marketing and business growth for active markets. The role involves boosting sales, conducting market research, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, and managing projects as part of a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, excellent communication skills, English proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and at least 3 years of experience in Fintech/E-commerce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics or Business, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
• English proficiency is mandatory; Bilingualism in any other language is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills and ability to manage projects as part of a cross-functional team

Responsibilities

• Boost sales and contribute to our long term business growth by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients/agents/partners
• Direct ongoing market research to foster the product’s and market growth
• Contributes new growth ideas to increase Binance Pay Monthly Active Users
• Create, implement and refine all marketing campaigns in an ongoing basis
• Manage routine and non-routine campaigns, production rollout and change requests, as well as support new initiatives
• Work on market research and information collection tasks assigned

Preferred Qualifications

At least 3 years experience in Fintech/E-commerce is highly preferred
