Requirements

  • 5+ Years of GTM Strategy and Revenue Operations Roles
  • Salesforce and HVS expertise
  • A proven track record of improving processes across BDR and AE workflows
  • Strong skills in SQL and data analytics

Responsibilities

  • Drive analysis, optimization and implementation of workflow across BDR and AE teams: build cadences, analyze their effectiveness, and iterate
  • Understand our customers, consideration and sales timelines and optimize our outreach and efforts
  • Analyze how our reps are spending their time, what’s working, and what we’re missing: Email vs. phone touchpoints, which leads convert at what clip and where we should prioritize lead flows
  • Learn to sell alongside our team: run the pipeline, understand day-to-day conversions, and optimize our workflows via hypothesis-driven testing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of Calendly + Chili Piper
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Proficiency with G-Suite, Excel and other relevant software technologies
