Summary

Join a leading digital marketing agency as a Growth Strategist, Paid Media and create and manage ads across various platforms. You will manage client budgets, analyze accounts, and provide reports. This client-facing role requires developing and executing growth strategies using data-driven insights. Collaborate with the Head of Services, Creative team, and internal/external resources to create strategic action plans and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital advertising, paid media campaign management, and agency account management. This is a remote, full-time position offering a competitive salary and bonuses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital advertising
  • 2+ years managing paid media campaigns
  • 1+ years working at an agency or managing accounts
  • Experience building paid media plans
  • Experience executing and optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns
  • Passionate for growth marketing
  • Strong people skills
  • Exceptional time management skill
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong media and vendor management skills, along with demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
  • Possesses a desire for excellence and a passion to succeed in a rapid-paced, deadline-committed environment where everyone is expected to be hands-on
  • Exhibit sound business judgment to navigate through everyday client and team challenges
  • Account management (A must)
  • Worked at an agency or in a role where you managed multiple accounts (A must)
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and come to strategic recommendations (A must)
  • Campaign ideation (A must)
  • A detailed understanding of top marketing metrics, what they mean, and how to optimize (A must)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain ROI-focused paid media campaigns across multiple channels
  • Use industry knowledge to develop and optimize paid media campaigns
  • Manage all components of the client’s day-to-day communication and overall account health
  • Be able to complete multichannel marketing plans, support campaign ideation, and manage paid media for clients

  • Salary: $95K + bonuses
  • This is a full-time, long-term position
  • Work from home
  • Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 2 hour accepted) - PST
  • 1099 contract
  • $95,000 - $95,000 a year
