Summary

Join TLDR as our GTM and Strategy Operations Lead and take ownership of our revenue processes. You will integrate sales and marketing tools, drive strategic initiatives, and work directly with the CEO, VP of Sales, and Head of Demand Generation. This high-impact role involves owning GTM operations strategy and execution, partnering with various teams to remove revenue workflow friction, and leading automation and integration projects. You will develop key insights and reporting, manage contractors, and act as the quarterback for GTM operations. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM, revenue operations, or strategy operations within a startup environment (Series B or earlier preferred)
  • Strong strategic thinking skills—you see the big picture and can identify high-leverage opportunities
  • Hands-on experience with GTM tech stacks (HubSpot, data tools, automation platforms)
  • A bias for action —you don’t just make recommendations, you ensure implementation happens
  • Experience managing contractors or cross-functional teams to execute projects

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of our GTM operations, ensuring our tools and processes drive revenue efficiently
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to identify and remove friction in our revenue workflows
  • Lead automation and integration projects across the entire GTM tech ecosystem to streamline operations
  • Develop insights and reporting that provide visibility into pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance
  • Manage and coordinate external contractors for specialized projects (e.g., HubSpot automation, data modeling, workflow optimization)
  • Act as the quarterback for GTM operations, ensuring initiatives are executed end-to-end and driving impact across the org
