Summary

Join Fleetio as an innovative GTM Engineer to own and optimize account-level data strategy, playing a critical role in designing and implementing scalable, data-driven strategies that drive revenue growth. You will report to the Director of GTM Systems and contribute to a company with a strong culture and exciting growth trajectory.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of modern GTM tech stacks, including CRM, marketing automation, sales intelligence, and revenue orchestration tools
  • Expertise in system integration, workflow automation, and marketing-to-sales funnel optimization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience aligning Sales, Marketing, and RevOps strategies
  • Passion for AI-driven automation and experimentation, with a focus on improving efficiency and scalability

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an enrichment waterfall to ensure data completeness on high-potential accounts
  • Leverage data analytics to identify buyer intent signals, ensuring sales teams engage the right prospects at the right time
  • Analyze pipeline performance and GTM metrics to optimize strategies for customer acquisition and expansion
  • Create and manage account allocation to ensure high-quality distribution to sales teams
  • Optimize account engagement strategies using automated workflows and AI-driven insights
  • Manage pipeline generation efforts by aligning the right opportunities with the right teams for maximum revenue impact
  • Design and implement automated workflows for account distribution, enrichment and opportunity progression to improve efficiency
  • Ensure data integrity and trust between systems by working cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to create scalable GTM processes that improve opportunity conversion and pipeline velocity
  • Develop real-time dashboards and reporting to provide actionable insights to revenue teams
  • Drive growth campaigns, experimenting with AI-driven tools and automation to test new GTM strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
