Summary

You will play a key role in executing and improving the go-to-market strategy by managing account and territory assignments, analyzing pipeline performance, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into scalable processes. You will maintain and improve account allocation models, analyze datasets to identify new prospects, manage cross-functional projects, and develop and analyze KPIs. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a similar quantitative business degree with strong academic achievement
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems, turn both quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights with solutions
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Experience working with SQL
  • Strong presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and a track record of communicating results to leadership through PowerPoint, Email, and Slack
  • Strong project management, execution, and change management skills, with experience driving cross-functional projects over the finish line in tight timelines
  • Growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership; capable of seeking information, solving complex problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the account allocation model, ensuring equitable and effective distribution across sales teams
  • Regularly analyze and adjust territory rules to account for growth, team changes, and market dynamics
  • Query & analyze datasets to determine new prospects for Books/Territories
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Develop & analyze KPIs, track sales pipeline performance, and optimize funnel conversion
  • Identify hotspots in the business that require intervention and proactively investigate, strategize, and implement solutions with the relevant leaders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical experience (Python)
  • Experience working with Sales & Sales Operations teams
  • Demonstrated interest in working with AI tools to simplify processes & analysis
