Join Fleetio as a Marketing Operations Analyst and build our marketing analytics function. Reporting to the Director of GTM Systems, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining marketing dashboards and reports. You will also manage marketing attribution, optimize marketing processes, and ensure data integrity. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with marketing automation platforms, and proficiency in data analysis tools. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of building and managing marketing reporting functions
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and methodologies
- Experience mapping and optimizing marketing processes
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and deep experience in SFDC reporting
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Google Sheets and Coefficient
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all channels and campaigns
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign effectiveness
- Establish a robust reporting framework to monitor lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on marketing ad spend (ROAS)
- Own and refine our in-house marketing attribution model to accurately measure the impact of different marketing touchpoints
- Analyze attribution data to identify high-performing channels and campaigns and optimize marketing spend accordingly
- Ensure data integrity across all systems that feed the attribution model
- Map and document end-to-end marketing process flows, including lead routing, campaign execution, and data management
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing processes and implement improvements to streamline workflows
- Develop and maintain documentation for marketing processes and best practices
- Analyze lead conversion rates through the demand generation engine, and report on performance by stage, channel and campaign
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all marketing systems
- Collaborate with the GTM Systems team to integrate marketing tools and data sources
- Regularly present marketing analytics and performance reports to marketing leadership, providing clear and concise insights
- Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
