Summary

Join Stripe's Global Sales Strategy and Operations team as a key contributor to the success of our rapidly scaling sales organization. Partner with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to monitor and track business metrics, providing critical insights and analysis to accelerate growth. You will play a vital role in optimizing internal processes, shaping go-to-market strategies, and driving key strategic sales initiatives. This position requires deep analytical skills, experience with large datasets, and a proven ability to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with regional sales leaders, providing them with the intelligence and insights they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, strategy, or a related field within a high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Has 7+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in investment banking or management consulting or private equity or venture capital, or business insights / analytics roles
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools
  • Proficiency in BI visualization tools (eg Tableau)
  • Has strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems. Has experience working with data and large data sets to identify trends and create insights to make recommendations to senior leaders
  • Has an enthusiastic โ€œroll up your sleevesโ€ mentality
  • Works well with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional sales leaders with intelligence and insight to accelerate growth
  • Support Sales Strategy and Operations colleagues by standardizing global and regional common process that is currently decentralized
  • Deep dive into key performance metrics and drive deep understanding of business performance
  • Problem solve and structure analysis outcomes for complex sales operations challenges through data, analytics and insight
  • Identify new opportunities and areas of productivity efficiency gains for Regional sales leadership
  • Participate in projects defining go-to-market approaches, as well as in regular business and resource planning
  • Run analysis on key performance metrics, providing relevant insights for managing the business
  • Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams
  • Prepare weekly senior leader forecast materials and provide ongoing updates on key business growth/metrics to leadership teams
  • Manage bespoke projects and effectively manage stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
  • Prior experience in the payments industry
