Requirements
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Go-to-Market roles (Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success)
- Hands-on experience with AI recruiting tools and platforms
- Proficient in Greenhouse, Brighthire, Linkedin Recruiter and familiar with candidate based assessment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling outreach and present clear insights to senior leadership
- Highly structured approach to managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable measuring recruitment KPIs and iterating on process improvements
- Proven track record of building strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire hiring process from intake to offer, including job intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Build deep understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success) to craft targeted sourcing strategies and evaluate candidates’ domain fit
- Comfortable working requisitions at different levels (minimal experience to director+)
- Utilize AI recruiting platforms (e.g., HireEZ, Entelo, ChatGPT-powered outreach) to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates—continuously optimizing messaging for response and quality
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, interpreting business goals into talent acquisition plans, advising on market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and interview best practices
- Proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines for key roles; partner with Marketing to amplify Array’s value proposition through social media, events, and content
- Ensure a positive, transparent candidate journey; maintain accurate, timely data in the ATS (Greenhouse); adhere to all relevant employment laws and internal policies
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline velocity, source effectiveness), sharing regular reports; drive process improvements based on data and stakeholder feedback
