Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally in SaaS or technology industries
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and working closely with C-level executives or senior leadership teams
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product launch processes, and customer journey mapping
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50% and accommodate Eastern business hours

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, GMs, and Product teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives, product launches, and go-to-market strategies
  • Drive collaboration between teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue-generating programs and projects
  • Oversee and manage the execution of critical cross-functional projects, ensuring they support revenue growth and customer acquisition goals
  • Implement and refine project management processes to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives, including product releases, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement efforts
  • Identify roadblocks and work with teams to remove barriers and maintain project momentum
  • Partner with sales leadership, including the CRO, to prioritize initiatives, track progress, and ensure successful execution
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for the sales and executive leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Ensure timely reporting and analysis of key metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Product
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor the success of collaborative projects and initiatives
  • Lead the creation of dashboards and reports, offering visibility into performance against company goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA
  • Familiarity with sales operations, marketing strategies, and product management processes
