Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally in SaaS or technology industries
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and working closely with C-level executives or senior leadership teams
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product launch processes, and customer journey mapping
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% and accommodate Eastern business hours
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, GMs, and Product teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives, product launches, and go-to-market strategies
- Drive collaboration between teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue-generating programs and projects
- Oversee and manage the execution of critical cross-functional projects, ensuring they support revenue growth and customer acquisition goals
- Implement and refine project management processes to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives, including product releases, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement efforts
- Identify roadblocks and work with teams to remove barriers and maintain project momentum
- Partner with sales leadership, including the CRO, to prioritize initiatives, track progress, and ensure successful execution
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for the sales and executive leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Ensure timely reporting and analysis of key metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor the success of collaborative projects and initiatives
- Lead the creation of dashboards and reports, offering visibility into performance against company goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA
- Familiarity with sales operations, marketing strategies, and product management processes
