Support our ambitious growth goals by managing the full recruitment cycle for Sales and Marketing roles, primarily in the USA and Europe. You will work remotely in the UK with a flexible schedule, utilizing top-tier recruitment tools. This role involves planning and leading the hiring process, assessing candidates, partnering with the sourcing team, and engaging in recruitment marketing. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in hiring sales professionals globally
- Experience in managing full-cycle of recruitment projects
- Experience with international recruitment in one or multiple regions
- Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behaviour
- Understanding of international sourcing principles
- Rapport and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English (C2)
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead the process of closing the vacancy as a project manager
- Organize and moderate high-quality and prompt communication within the hiring project team
- Facilitate the design of the assessment process and tools, when necessary
- Assess competencies & values fit of candidates with relevant assessment methods (screening calls, CBI, organizing tests, and conducting role-plays)
- Meet SLAs, deadlines, and recruitment process stages
- Maintain project documentation and analytics
- Partner with the sourcing team to fill the funnel with the top talent
- Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns
- Provide excellent candidate experience
- Set up partnerships with business domains, engaging with talent communities
- Manage projects across EMEA, the USA, LATAM
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of competency-based approach in interviewing
