Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (native or near-native proficiency required)
- Strong ability to identify errors and maintain precise records
- Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours, particularly mornings and late afternoons
- Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools to track guest interactions and sales performance
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests via email and other communication platforms
- Respond promptly to inquiries, booking requests, and extension or cancellation requests
- Address guest concerns and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience
- Ensure all guest interactions are handled professionally and align with company standards
- Conduct follow-up calls to potential guests who have expressed interest in booking
- Track and analyze conversion rates of leads to improve booking success
- Maintain records of interactions and provide reports on sales activity and performance
- Regularly update company protocols and internal documentation for accuracy
- Maintain detailed guest records, booking histories, and transaction logs
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Oversee monthly billing tasks for long-term guests, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection
- Assist in resolving any billing discrepancies or payment issues with guests
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate recordkeeping
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in real estate sales or guest services is highly desirable
- Experience with online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or booking.com is a significant advantage
