Requirements
- Trade Certificate, Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery
- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, Full working rights
- Strong leadership skills and focus on safety and customer service
- Extensive experience in large high volume kitchen environments and a thorough working knowledge of the resources sector
- Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts
- A great attitude
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coordinate, and support staff in maintaining a customer focused, secure and safe working environment across the site whilst providing the highest level of service
- Achieve success by consulting with stakeholders on a regular basis while driving performance within the Team
- Adhering to our policies and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues is paramount
- Developing a strong safety-focused culture within your Team is vital
