Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, business development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and managing successful strategic partnerships
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances that align with Redpanda’s business objectives
• Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership and alliance strategy to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Lead negotiations with potential alliances and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Build and lead a high-performing alliances and partnerships team
• Work closely with cross functional leaders and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of alliance and partnership strategies with overall company objectives
