Summary

Join Coalesce as an Alliances Leader to drive revenue through strategic partnerships in EMEA. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive partnership strategy, building relationships with key technology and consulting partners (Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, etc.), and collaborating with internal teams to maximize partnership impact. This role requires a proven track record of success in EMEA partnerships or enterprise software sales, a deep understanding of the data and analytics ecosystem, and exceptional communication skills. Coalesce is a fully remote, culture-first company offering a range of benefits. The ideal candidate will possess strong pre-existing relationships within the EMEA partner ecosystem and fluency in multiple regional languages.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, or enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of success in the EMEA region
  • Ability to articulate the value of Coalesce to various partner personas, both technical and non-technical
  • Deep understanding of the data and analytics ecosystem, particularly with experience working alongside data and AI leaders like Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, Sigma, etc
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building trust and fostering collaboration
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. High bias toward action and be a creative problem solver
  • Strong understanding of regional business practices and cultural nuances across EMEA

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for EMEA that aligns with Coalesce.ioโ€™s global goals and regional priorities
  • Establish and deepen relationships with key strategic technology partnersโ€”such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Fivetranโ€”as well as consulting partners across the region
  • Work collaboratively with partners to create joint business plans, co-marketing initiatives, and sales enablement activities that result in measurable referral revenue
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of your partnerships
  • Develop training materials, host workshops, and deliver resources to enable partners to effectively position and sell Coalesce.io
  • Own and report on KPIs related to partnership-driven revenue, engagement levels, and overall partner success in EMEA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Significant pre-existing relationships with existing or prospective partners in the region
  • Fluency in multiple regional languages
