Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Partner Sales

Responsibilities

  • Scale Grammarly's customer sales and success objectives in English-speaking countries through recruitment and engagement of top-tier Resellers, Global and Regional System Integrators
  • Utilize solution-based selling techniques to strategically recruit suitable partners, resulting in reduced activation time and increased mutual business impact
  • Develop a business case-driven activation plan in collaboration with solution architects, partner marketing managers, and other supporting teams
  • Drive exceptional sales growth by demonstrating effective leadership, building strong organizations, engaging partners, and executing a well-planned go-to-market strategy for global expansion
  • Clearly define and communicate a strategic vision by territory, encompassing funnel/account/territory status, resource needs, challenges, and achievements
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of frontline leaders and Solution Sales Executives to exceed sales targets for Grammarly. Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
  • Engage effectively with major partners and prospects to stimulate revenue growth and ensure success
  • Create comprehensive and compelling long-term joint business cases in partnership with approved Resellers, Service Providers, and System Integrators
  • Launch a cohesive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to generate a partner-influenced pipeline, collaborating with cross-functional team members
