Summary

The job is for a strategic marketing leader to build the B2B marketing function from scratch at Rula. The role involves developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that generates demand and drives acquisition and engagement across all B2B categories. The ideal candidate has more than 10 years of experience in marketing, 5+ years in leadership/management roles, and 5+ years in B2B marketing.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in marketing
• 5+ years of experience in leadership/management roles with experience building a function from scratch
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with expertise in demand-gen, content, events, sales enablement, and digital marketing
• Proven experience working with sales/commercial teams
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
