Requirements

• 5+ years of brand management experience, preferably in a startup environment
• Proven success in developing and executing impactful brand strategies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation software

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to refine our vision and mission
• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with our mission
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats
• Define brand attributes, messaging, tone, and visual identity
• Execute the brand strategy across various channels, including social media, events, and more
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track brand strategy effectiveness
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints
• Manage brand reputation by addressing feedback and enhancing sentiment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless brand experience
• Develop and manage budgets for brand marketing initiatives
