Join Terraformation, a company dedicated to restoring native forests to combat climate change, as their Head of Brand Engagement. In this remote role (US preferred), you will develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, lead PR efforts to secure media coverage, and create compelling content to inspire global action. You will manage a network of content creators and partners, track brand performance, and engage with investors and policymakers. The salary is $130,000-$150,000 plus equity and a performance-based bonus. This leadership position requires extensive experience in brand marketing and communications, a proven track record of successful campaigns, and a passion for sustainability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, PR, publicity, or strategic communications
• A track record of creating campaigns that generate buzz and real-world action
• Strong media relations skills and experience securing top-tier press coverage
• Expertise in content marketing, digital storytelling, and audience growth strategies
• Passion for sustainability, climate action, and environmental storytelling
• Leadership experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with voluntary carbon markets, ESG, or nature-based climate solutions
• Experience building brands in the US and Europe
