Requirements

- Strong track record of managing enterprise deal cycles and closing deals starting at $500,000 ARR and above
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
- Proficiency in using CRMs for sales management. Preference for Hubspot experience
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales processes
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for Web3 and emerging technologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategy for all sales channels (outbound, inbound, and channel partnerships)
- Own the entire sales funnel in HubSpot, diligently managing and reporting on key metrics related to qualified pipeline and ARR targets
- Analyze sales data to identify insights and proactively implement improvements
- Collaborate with the CEO, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to enhance our offering and sales process
- Represent Mojito at industry events and conferences, maximizing networking opportunities to evangelize Mojito and increase qualified leads
- Create a scalable engagement program for outreach to investors, agencies, and influential industry leaders to build awareness and increase qualified leads
- Manage agency partnerships through consistent, value-add touch points, networking events, developing enablement content, and co-selling
- Collaborate with Mojitoβs marketing agencies to influence content topics and provide feedback on the content produced by voicing the perspective of our potential customers
