Summary

Libertex Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development - Vietnam to lead and expand the business development efforts in Vietnam. The successful candidate will manage a team, develop strategies, and achieve strategic business goals.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or any other relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership business development role in the Forex, FinTech, Crypto industry or other related industry
  • Excellent command of the Vietnamese language and fluency in English
  • Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and cultural nuances
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets
  • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team of Business Development professionals
  • Great communication and writing skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills and confident phone conversation abilities
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Strong negotiation and pitching skills, and great listening skills
  • Problem-solving with a positive, can-do approach

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partnerships and develop existing ones
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team in Vietnam
  • Develop and implement the regional business development strategy in alignment with the company’s overall objectives
  • Identify and prioritise key markets within Vietnam for business expansion
  • Collaborate with other heads and departments to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the regional teams, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies
  • Set clear and measurable KPIs for the team and regularly monitor progress
  • Analyse partners data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on business development activities and results
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners to maximise their potential
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments
