Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Physics/chemistry; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on enterprise technology sales and a strong understanding of the European market landscape
- Experience in selling complex, cutting-edge technologies, preferably within the fields of quantum computing, AI, or high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, with excellent coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving innovation, seizing opportunities, and overcoming challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the European market, identifying key growth opportunities, target segments, and go-to-market approaches
- Drive Revenue Growth: Lead the European sales team in achieving revenue targets and KPIs, consistently driving business growth through effective sales techniques, client engagement, and relationship management
- Build and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize their potential and effectiveness in driving sales outcomes
- Forge Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with strategic partners and industry stakeholders to expand PsiQuantum's market reach and enhance the company's positioning within the quantum computing ecosystem, in close collaboration with the public-private partnership team
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively position PsiQuantum's solutions and drive customer success
- Market Intelligence and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and business decisions
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including PPP, Solutions, Apps, Marketing, to align sales efforts with broader business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement
