Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance, with a focus on fintech or financial services
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale debt and equity transactions
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and innovative financing solutions
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse stakeholders
• Strategic mindset and analytical rigor, with experience driving decisions in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive capital markets strategy to support Splash’s growth and operational goals
• Lead capital-raising initiatives, including securing debt facilities and equity financing, with a focus on achieving optimal terms
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investment banks, rating agencies, and other capital providers
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with the executive team to align financing strategies with company objectives and present recommendations to the board of directors
