Summary

Join zeroheight, a fully remote team building a market-leading design system management platform, as their Head of Marketing! Lead and grow a talented marketing team of 5, setting company strategy and being part of the core leadership team. You will own all marketing aspects, including budgeting, planning, growth marketing, content marketing, product marketing, and sales pipeline generation. This role requires extensive B2B SaaS marketing experience, proven success in hitting targets, and team management skills. The position offers a competitive salary (£120k-£130k), performance bonus, equity, and fully covered travel expenses for required in-person meetings in London.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 3+ years in a marketing leadership role at a venture-backed B2B SaaS company
  • A recent track record of hitting quarterly marketing targets and driving sales pipeline
  • 3+ years managing a marketing team and owning growth/digital marketing
  • Successfully scaled a multi-channel demand generation engine
  • Owned and managed a $1m+ marketing budget and have experience modelling, forecasting, analysing and optimising ROI across multiple channels
  • Led teams to successfully find and validate entirely new channels using a data-driven experimental approach
  • Experience with data attribution/analysis methods such as multi-touch attribution, multi-variate and cohort analysis
  • Collaborated closely with other leaders and functions, particularly with executive leaders to plan/budget, and with leaders in sales, marketing, product and customer success

Responsibilities

  • Set company strategy and be part of the core leadership team
  • Budget, model, and plan for allocating marketing department resources to hit objectives
  • Be responsible for the growth/digital marketing team and its budget
  • Co-ordinate efforts between product marketing, marketing ops, content, and sales to produce and automate effective email campaigns
  • Directly manage the Head of Advocacy, overseeing budget and execution of content, advocacy, and events strategy
  • Oversee the senior product marketer and work with the brand designer and web developer to improve product marketing strategy
  • Be responsible for generating predictable sales pipeline by driving MQLs/SQLs and collaborating with the Head of Sales

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a PLG SaaS company that combined PLG with a direct sales motion
  • Experience in the product/dev/design tooling industry
  • Experience with HubSpot as a marketing automation/reporting platform
  • Experience being directly responsible for sales pipeline creation targets
  • Experience with international marketing strategies and using localisation
  • Experience with marketing partnerships, co-marketing opportunities, sponsorships etc
  • Experience using the latest AI tooling to maximise marketing impact
