Summary
Join zeroheight, a fully remote team building a market-leading design system management platform, as their Head of Marketing. In this leadership role, you will own all marketing efforts, setting company strategy, managing budgets, and leading a team of 5-10 people. Responsibilities include growth marketing, content marketing, product marketing, and sales pipeline generation. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role at a venture-backed company. You will manage a $1M+ marketing budget and have experience scaling multi-channel demand generation. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to London for meetings, with expenses covered by the company.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 3+ years in a marketing leadership role at a venture-backed B2B SaaS company
- A recent track record of hitting quarterly marketing targets and driving sales pipeline
- Managed a marketing team for 3+ years and owned growth/digital marketing, ideally other areas such as content/events, email, product marketing and marketing ops
- Scaled a multi-channel demand generation engine successfully β ideally one you kick-started from scratch
- Owned and managed a $1m+ marketing budget and have experience modelling, forecasting, analysing and optimising ROI across multiple channels, proven and unproven
- Led teams to successfully find and validate entirely new channels using a data-driven experimental approach, and know how to allocate budget for testing new channels
- Experience with data attribution/analysis methods such as multi-touch attribution, multi-variate and cohort analysis, and are well-versed in interpreting all kinds of channel experiment data and campaign reports
- Collaborated closely with other leaders and functions β in particular, with executive leaders to plan/budget, and with leaders in sales, marketing, product and customer success to align on hitting company objectives
- Experience in a PLG SaaS company that combined PLG with a direct sales motion
Responsibilities
- Set company strategy and be part of our core leadership team
- Budget, plan and manage marketing operations
- Lead growth marketing efforts (paid, SEO, CRO, email)
- Manage content marketing and advocacy efforts
- Oversee product marketing strategy
- Generate predictable sales pipeline by driving MQLs/SQLs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the product / dev / design tooling industry i.e. experience marketing to developers, designers etc. ideally through advocacy and community-led growth
- Experience with HubSpot as a marketing automation / reporting platform
- Experience being directly responsible for sales pipeline creation targets
- Experience with international marketing strategies and using localisation
- Experience with marketing partnerships, co-marketing opportunities, sponsorships etc
- Experience using the latest AI tooling to maximise marketing impact
