Requirements

• At least 3 years in direct response marketing and high-ticket sales with a track record of generating consistent 6-figure months
• At least 1 year of leadership experience, inspiring teams to exceed their goals
• Experience managing agency accounts for funnels, sales teams, and/or paid media, with a desire to move in-house for a bigger impact
• Entrepreneurial mindset, a relentless drive for success, and a dedication to hard work
• Deep engagement with and application of the principles championed by marketing experts such as Alex Hormozi, Russel Brunson, and Andy Elliott

Responsibilities

• Steer our coaching and client services team like a mini-company within Passion.io
• Transform our high-ticket sales motion and open up new sales channels
• Oversee and elevate the delivery of our high-ticket coaching program, Creator MBA
• Manage coaches and ensure an unparalleled customer experience
• Double our sales team's performance in the next 180 days
