Summary
Join Owner.com as their Head of Community and build the best community for ambitious restaurant owners. This 100% remote role, based anywhere in the US, involves fostering connections, collaboration, and learning within the Owner community. You will act as a bridge between Owner and its audience, providing feedback that influences product development and marketing. You'll empower restaurant owners with educational content and resources, host engaging events, and drive tangible outcomes like customer retention and sales efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses restaurant leadership/management experience, a social media/content marketing background, and is comfortable with frequent travel. Requirements
- Restaurant leadership or management experience. Restaurant owners should look at you as a peer, or someone to learn from
- Social media / content marketing background. A big part of this role is creating content. Youβll be running webinars and capturing moments from offline events that you lead
- Youβre okay with lots of travel. Since restaurant owners are very IRL, we want to meet them where they are, and so you should expect to be on the road on a monthly basis
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations to be able to share best practices and competitive insights with customers
Responsibilities
- Build and foster the best community in the industry of like-minded, ambitious restaurant owners by creating opportunities for connection, collaboration and shared learning
- Act as a critical bridge between Owner and its audience of restaurant owners, providing feedback that influences product development and marketing strategies
- Empower restaurant owners with educational content and resources, positioning the community as a go-to destination for growth, learning and inspiration
- Lead the charge in hosting engaging events β both virtual and in-person that boost brand recognition and encourage meaningful customer interactions
- Drive tangible outcomes around customer retention, increased feature adoption and sales efficiency
- Develop and execute strategies to increase audience engagement through webinars, community initiatives and customer education
Benefits
- The estimated starting base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 USD, plus a generous equity pre-IPO equity package
