Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in content strategy and digital marketing with at least 5 years of management experience
  • Success overseeing successful social content strategy
  • Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that drive measurable results across social, influencer, and paid channels
  • Expertise in short-form video content, social media management, and performance-driven marketing with a focus on ROI
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring content creators and leading cross-functional teams
  • Data-informed approach to optimizing strategies based on performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify the complex
  • Deep understanding of SEO and content optimization best practices
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for aligning content with enterprise sales efforts
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms for scaling content production

Responsibilities

  • Build and guide a comprehensive content strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences across all channels (web, social, paid media, email, and sales collateral) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Position Niche as a category leader by producing high-quality, data-driven content, including white papers, guides, reports, thought leadership, case studies, blog, videos, and webinars
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing B2B and B2C content team, plus a roster of freelancers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales/Revenue, Research, Design, and PR to ensure content aligns with business objectives and customer needs
  • Oversee content distribution strategies across owned, paid and shared media, focusing on operational efficiency, growth, conversion, and customer retention
  • Implement SEO best practices and leverage AI tools to scale content production without compromising value and authenticity
  • Experiment with new channels, content formats, and messaging to identify effective growth levers and establish scalable content frameworks
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI
  • Ensure B2B content supports revenue goals by aligning with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and sales enablement efforts

Preferred Qualifications
