Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creative roles with 3-5 years in a leadership or management position
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative work across various mediums (digital, print, branding, etc.)
  • A strong sense of creative vision, with the ability to balance innovation and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch and sell creative concepts to both internal teams and clients/stakeholders
  • Expertise in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Design AI Agent software, etc.) and familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of our audience
  • Excellent cross functional skills with the ability to effectively navigate a highly dynamic organization
  • Ability to zoom out strategically and zoom in to execute with excellence
  • Self-starter that has successfully stood up new business lines or major initiatives
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative strategies that support both short-term and long-term brand objectives, ensuring consistency and innovation across all of our touchpoints
  • Oversee the development of creative campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality output across various channels (digital, social, print, video, etc.)
  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, voice, and overall creative direction, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials
  • Manage creative budgets, allocate resources effectively, and oversee timelines to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Review and approve creative work to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, relevance, and brand alignment
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, product and product design for alignment, and other teams to ensure creative solutions meet business needs and brand standards
  • Implement design systems to help scale internally and externally with our marketing partners and customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the creative department on the cutting edge

Benefits

  • Base salary range for this role is between $200,000 - $220,000 in CA
