Join Superside's Creative Operations team as a systems-minded, creative problem-solver to lead and enhance creative delivery for global brands. You will design scalable systems, streamline team collaboration, and build infrastructure to empower the creative organization. Responsibilities include optimizing creative workflows, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, collaborating with cross-functional teams on tool development, defining creative services and deliverables, managing estimation and budgeting processes, creating documentation and training materials, and troubleshooting creative platforms. This role requires 3+ years of experience in Creative Operations, DesignOps, or Program Management, deep knowledge of creative workflows and tools, experience leading cross-functional process design, and strong communication skills. Bonus points for a design or creative project management background and experience with AI-powered services or pricing models. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Creative Operations, DesignOps, or Program Management
- Deep knowledge of creative workflows, tools, and production processes
- Experience leading cross-functional process design and operational rollouts
- Strong communication skills for live trainings, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
- Comfortable working across departments and solving technical challenges
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end creative workflows to improve speed, quality, and consistency across teams
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, running audits and implementing scalable solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Creative leads to develop and roll out tools, templates, and AI-enhanced systems
- Define and maintain creative services, deliverable specs, and quoting logic across internal platforms
- Manage estimation tools, budget templates, and project quoting processes to support accurate scoping
- Create and maintain clear documentation, playbooks, and support materials to ensure smooth operations
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for cross-functional teams, including Sales, CSM, and Creative
- Develop enablement content in partnership with L&D and continuously improve team ramp-up processes
- Support cross-team implementation of new services and tooling, ensuring alignment and adoption
- Troubleshoot issues with creative platforms (e.g., Figma, Adobe) and serve as the go-to expert for operational systems
