Requirements
- 8β12+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or data leadership roles, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace companies
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across analytics, ops, and data engineering
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce, GTM tools, CRM analytics, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience with AARRR funnel frameworks and GTM performance measurement
- Strong analytical modeling experience, including TAM/SAM frameworks, PMF evaluation, and market share estimation
- Proficiency with SQL or equivalent data querying, or experience leading technical teams that build data pipelines
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Revenue Intelligence function, owning the strategy, team, and roadmap across analytics, tooling, and governance
- Lead development of a centralized data architecture and reporting ecosystem, integrating sources like Salesforce, product usage data, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Drive pipeline analytics, sales performance tracking, and forecasting accuracy for GTM leaders
- Lead end-to-end analysis of the AARR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) to identify conversion and engagement opportunities
- Create and maintain TAM/SAM/SOM models to support market sizing, segmentation, and strategic planning
- Conduct PMF (Product-Market Fit) assessments using customer usage, NPS, and engagement data to guide positioning and product strategy
- Deliver market share analytics and competitor benchmarks to inform positioning and growth potential
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Marketing on strategic planning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market optimization
- Champion data quality and governance, ensuring teams operate from a single source of truth
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling executive insights that drive action and alignment
Preferred Qualifications
- Business-first mindset with excellent communication skills; comfortable influencing C-level stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams
- High bias for action, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive results through data
