Join Workleap as the Head of Demand Generation and lead the charge in scaling paid, SEO, and experimental channels. You will build a high-performing growth engine, leveraging AI and automation to accelerate output. This role involves identifying and scaling new growth channels, running high-velocity growth experiments, and collaborating closely with the GTM Engineering team. You will oversee teams, agencies, and experimental growth initiatives, driving conversion optimization. The ideal candidate possesses mastery of SEO and SEM, experience with various paid media platforms, and a deep understanding of AI-driven marketing and high-velocity experimentation. This is a leadership role requiring experience in managing demand generation teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- SEO & SEM Mastery → Strong track record of scaling paid and organic growth in B2B SaaS
- Paid Media & Multi-Channel Growth → Deep experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bing, Reddit, and emerging platforms
- AI & Data-Driven Marketing → Ability to collaborate with GTM Engineering to integrate AI for audience targeting, creative automation, and predictive demand gen
- High-Velocity Experimentation → Skilled in testing new channels, launching structured sprints, and optimizing campaigns at scale
- Leadership & Team Management → Experience leading demand gen teams, agencies, and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Scale & Optimize Paid + SEO → Strengthen our core acquisition channels while integrating AI and automation to accelerate output with support from our GTM Engineering team
- Identify & Scale New Growth Channels → With a dedicated budget and resources, test niche paid media (podcasts, newsletters, Reddit, communities), micro-influencer partnerships, and emerging platforms
- Run High-Velocity Growth Experiments → Apply a structured experimentation framework to rapidly test and scale new channels, creative, and messaging strategies
- Work Closely with GTM Engineering → Leverage AI-driven workflows and automation to improve targeting, personalization, and efficiency across demand gen campaigns
- Lead & Manage the Team → Oversee Paid and SEO teams, agencies, and experimental growth initiatives
- Drive Conversion Optimization (CRO) → Test and refine landing pages, ad creative, and audience targeting to improve efficiency and scale growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in niche advertising (paid podcasts, newsletters, influencer marketing, Reddit organic growth)
- Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization best practices
