Head of Finance Transformation

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance transformation, systems implementation, or related roles within high-growth environments; prior leadership experience required
• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations and process redesigns; hands-on expertise with NetSuite is highly preferred
• Deep accounting, financial and treasury knowledge and experience; strong understanding of subledger architecture and financial data flows
• Financial services experience required
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through execution
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with a passion for operational excellence and innovation
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Finance systems and processes, with a focus on automation, scalability, and best-in-class controls
• Oversee ongoing and future transformation projects, including the current buildout of an in-house subledger and NetSuite integration
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
• Serve as the primary technical solution owner for Finance transformation initiatives across the company, partnering with internal and external resources as needed
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial operations, leveraging technology and industry best practices
• Ensure all transformation activities align with US GAAP accounting standards and organizational objectives
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in Finance technology, especially within the crypto and fintech sectors
