Requirements

  • Some form of accounting qualification
  • 5-10 years Commercial / FP&A Manager/ strategy level experience
  • Experience in SAAS
  • Excellent communication to consult with a broad audience
  • Strong analytics skills interpreting data and providing recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Establish the cadence of how our FP&A team should operate
  • Lead the quarterly and annual budget planning cycles to drive long-term strategic planning
  • Contribute to executive decision-making, supported by financial modelling, insights and analysis of key performance drivers
  • Business Partner with executive leaders to support and influence their plans
  • Prepare and present timely and accurate management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Helping develop our systems to be efficient and effective
  • Prepare business cases for capital investment, pricing strategy and other business decisions
  • Drive process improvement in the finance reporting function
  • Encourage continuous improvement, automation and implement best practices
  • Build and develop a high performing team
