Requirements
- Some form of accounting qualification
- 5-10 years Commercial / FP&A Manager/ strategy level experience
- Experience in SAAS
- Excellent communication to consult with a broad audience
- Strong analytics skills interpreting data and providing recommendations
Responsibilities
- Establish the cadence of how our FP&A team should operate
- Lead the quarterly and annual budget planning cycles to drive long-term strategic planning
- Contribute to executive decision-making, supported by financial modelling, insights and analysis of key performance drivers
- Business Partner with executive leaders to support and influence their plans
- Prepare and present timely and accurate management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Helping develop our systems to be efficient and effective
- Prepare business cases for capital investment, pricing strategy and other business decisions
- Drive process improvement in the finance reporting function
- Encourage continuous improvement, automation and implement best practices
- Build and develop a high performing team
