Requirements
- Proficient in interpreting complex data sets, you can extract meaningful insights that drive action
- Balance meticulous attention to detail with an understanding of broader business objectives
- Substantial experience in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly within the MarTech sector, you have a track record of driving growth and operational excellence
- Your background includes leading website optimization, performance marketing, SEO, and analytics initiatives
- Successfully managed teams, fostering development and guiding external partners to achieve shared goals
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM platforms (i.e Semrush) is part of your repertoire
- Your ability to convey complex ideas ensures alignment across teams and stakeholders
- Organized and adaptable, you excel in managing multiple initiatives within dynamic environments
- Your curiosity drives you to seek continuous improvement and creative solutions to challenges
Responsibilities
- Manage the website, SEO, paid channels, and conversion paths to fuel pipeline & ARR growth
- Oversee our marketing technology stack, lead management processes, attribution models, and performance dashboards
- Develop and optimize email nurturing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation tools to enhance lead engagement and conversion
- Establish and maintain reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights, facilitating swift and informed decision-making
- Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment and synergy
- Champion the integration of artificial intelligence across our marketing tools, content strategies, and campaigns to drive efficiency and effectiveness
