Summary

Join Behavox as their hands-on Head of Human Resources to build and lead their People team. This role reports to the COO and involves shaping company culture, talent strategy, and HR operations. Responsibilities include recruiting, engaging, and retaining top talent; fostering employee performance and development; designing and optimizing HR systems and processes; and ensuring compliance with multinational labor laws. You will collaborate with the Leadership Team on People initiatives aligned with business goals and build a scalable HR infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR leadership experience in technology product-based startups, proven success in scaling HR infrastructure for growing teams, experience with global teams and remote/hybrid work cultures, and strong expertise in HR technologies, regulatory compliance, and process design. Requirements

  • A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience in technology product-based startups
  • Proven success in building and scaling HR infrastructure for growing teams (ideally 300 to 500+ employees)
  • Experience with global teams and remote/hybrid work cultures
  • Strong expertise in HR technologies, regulatory compliance, and process design

Responsibilities

  • Align talent strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success
  • Independently lead large-scale initiatives and build processes, systems, and programs from the ground up with minimal disruption
  • Develop and implement best-in-class strategies for talent attraction and retention
  • Select, implement, and leverage cutting-edge HR technologies to enhance productivity across the HR function and broader organization
  • Mitigate risk through effective employee relations and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
