You will translate customer needs into holistic solutions, deliver leadership development programs, and build strong client relationships. This position requires 12+ years of experience, a university degree in social sciences (Master's preferred), and strong business acumen. Requirements

• 12+ years of experience
• University degree (Bachelor), in the field of Social Sciences; Master's degree desirable
• Strong business acumen with experience working inside organizations with senior leaders in the development of effective cross-functional teams
• Proficient skills in designing and facilitating effective team meeting cadence, content, and materials
• Experience with leadership assessment tools and models
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to engage on topics of strategic impact
• A growth mindset with a willingness to build subject matter expertise in key focus areas

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into holistic leadership interventions and programs
• Design customized and blended leadership development programs on a wide range of topics
• Deliver Leadership Development Programs
• Leverage current building blocks to create new programs and organizational interventions
• Establish productive, professional relationships with clients
• Responsible for co creating game-changing team leadership development journeys
