The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in business development within the gaming industry, a proven track record of successful deal negotiations, and strong leadership skills. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business development in the gaming industry
• Proven track record of successful deal negotiations, licensing agreements, and partnership growth
• Strong leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and inspiring a team
• Crush on games
• Creative and strategic thinker who can identify and develop innovative business opportunities
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the global footprint of Om Nom Stories, Cut the Rope, Bullet Echo and other ZeptoLab properties
• Set up KPI goals, contribute to PnL growth
• Seek out new opportunities and cross-industry collaborations to grow ZeptoLab's brand presence
• Lead and mentor the Business development team focusing on Franchise products (Cut the Rope/ Om Nom) and Mobile Game partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including TV networks, VOD platforms, game publishers, and distribution partners
• Lead negotiations and secure high-value contracts to drive business growth
• Present and pitch ZeptoLab’s existing and new products to potential partners, showcasing their value and potential
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities in both Animation and Mobile Games markets
• Identify new monetization models and creative revenue streams to enhance ZeptoLab's business strategy
