Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of marketing leadership experience with a focus on growth and performance marketing
  • Deep expertise in scaling paid marketing campaigns and optimizing CPA across diverse channels
  • Proven ability to lead strategy, creative, targeting, testing, and optimization—especially across paid social platforms
  • Highly organized self-starter with a track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong writing skills and creative thinking ability
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on problem-solving approach and adaptability under pressure
  • Results-driven with a strong commitment to execution, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Experience managing teams and seeing projects through from concept to execution with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a bold, forward-thinking marketing vision aligned with business growth and brand elevation
  • Build and execute integrated marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams; maintain a marketing calendar aligned with product launches, brand moments, promotions, and events
  • Lead full-cycle management of marketing channels including affiliate, email, SEO, CRM, direct mail, paid social, CX, and more—from strategy and planning to execution and optimization
  • Evaluate and advise on internal or external media strategies to ensure we’re leveraging the most effective tactics at the best possible value
  • Own paid media analytics—define KPIs and measure performance across the full marketing funnel to assess ROI and guide optimization
  • Increase website conversion rates through A/B testing and UX improvements aimed at driving sales and maximizing ROI
  • Identify emerging trends and solutions relevant to the Service of Process space, conducting ongoing market research and presenting actionable insights
  • Leverage customer service feedback and inquiries to improve the customer experience and optimize touchpoints
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to support the needs of our rapidly growing business
  • Develop a strong understanding of our tech stack to resolve issues and streamline marketing operations
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for agency and media partners—negotiating contracts, resolving challenges, and cultivating lasting relationships
  • Oversee creative development for all performance marketing assets and integrate learnings to continuously improve output
  • Lead digital community engagement, shaping a content and interaction strategy across all major platforms
