Join a healthcare tech startup as a Marketing Leader to build and lead our marketing team, drive growth, and transform the healthcare industry.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in a leadership role growing a Marketing team in the SMB space within a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Strong track record of hitting targets and working with sales to hit and beat company goals
• Hands-on experience with marketing operations and demand generation tools
• Proven track record with Direct Response Marketing
• Deeply understand the value and limitations of primary B2B marketing channels
• Highly skilled and have hands-on experience scaling major digital channels (especially Meta)
• Proven experience building and growing and driving revenue from email marketing
• Enough experience in Product Marketing and Positioning to get by

Responsibilities

• Own marketing for Breakthrough to generate high-quality sales opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership team to set quarterly goals and priorities
• Build, develop, and work with a rockstar team to build out our marketing plan
• Build and maintain the demand / lead gen channels
• Lead marketing operations manager to develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures
• Developing the Breakthrough Brand
• Grow and Develop a Rockstar Team and Culture
