Summary

The job is for an experienced Marketing leader in a fully remote company called Circle. The role involves crafting and executing a marketing strategy that drives demand, builds the brand, and helps introduce multiple new products. The Marketing Head will work cross-functionally with the GTM and product leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Strong alignment with our values
  • Proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C1 / ILR Level 5
  • At least 10 years of marketing leadership experience in a high-growth, software company environment
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline targets, and experience stretching up-market into new markets over time
  • Comfortable navigating a funnel that includes both a self-serve motion and a sales motion
  • Led marketing at a multi-product company
  • Built high-trust relationships with peers on sales, customer success, product, finance, revenue operations, and other functions
  • Able to thrive in a fast-growing, venture backed startup environment that requires quick decisions and action — while also knowing when to invest long-term and understand downstream effects of your decisions
  • A leader and a coach, with a track record of helping members of your team grow in their roles. You have experience building a team, including hiring leaders and managers
  • Strong work ethic
  • An excellent writer and communicator
  • Strong presentation skills and executive presence

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate pipeline and demand for Circle’s self-serve & up-market products
  • Tell Circle’s brand story as we go multi-product
  • Own lead routing and lead operations, as a close partner with Sales
  • Bring operational rigor to our channel performance, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Oversee content, social and comms — both strategy and execution
  • Hold a high bar for increasing the craft and polish in every aspect of our marketing
