Summary

The job is for a Marketing Leader looking to join a remote healthcare tech startup that aims to disrupt the broken healthcare system. The candidate will build and lead the marketing team, report directly to the CEO, and work towards helping people in pain get back to normal naturally without pharmaceuticals or unnecessary surgeries.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in a leadership role growing a Marketing team in the SMB space within a fast-paced, high-tech company (including hiring and developing a team)
• Strong track record of hitting targets and working with sales to hit and beat company goals
• Hands-on experience with marketing operations and demand generation tools
• Proven track record with Direct Response Marketing and have studied the best practices and implemented them with success

Responsibilities

• Own marketing for Breakthrough to generate high-quality sales opportunities to hit our goals of helping people in pain get back to normal naturally
• Collaborate with the leadership team to set quarterly goals and priorities that drive the company’s purpose
• Build and maintain the demand/lead gen channels to ensure a steady, reliable, and well-qualified flow of MQLs getting to the sales team every day
• Lead marketing operations to develop, implement, and monitor systems and procedures necessary to make marketing run like a well-oiled machine
• Develop the Breakthrough brand by increasing awareness of Breakthrough and its products as ‘the leader in business growth for physical therapy’
• Grow and develop a rockstar team and culture that aligns with Breakthrough's values
