Summary

The job is for a Head of Marketing in a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce startup. The role involves leading brand strategic development efforts, managing a marketing team, and coordinating with finance and fulfillment on forecasting and planning the growth. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of business experience, at least 10 years of relevant marketing experience, and experience with $100M-200M+ yearly revenue DTC e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategic development efforts
• Evolve and then activate a compelling and differentiated Brand Strategy designed to help drive increased Brand Awareness, Consideration and Preference
• Craft a marketing strategy based on data and deep consumer insights, and then translate that strategy into an actionable and achievable operating plan that includes clear objectives and measurable targets
• Manage a balanced macro channel marketing strategy and work with the team to scale channel-specific strategies and operating plans
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
• Ensure rigorous control over all marketing-related data, analysis, and metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating in the Home Decor segment (or a passion for Home Decor)
